Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Reilly-Chance Collection product, please contact us immediately so we can do our very best to make you a satisfied customer!

Non-Customized, Non-Sale Products: These products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at info@reilly-chance.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. (Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded). The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


On Sale 20% Off and Under, Non-Customized Products: These products can be returned for a store credit as long as the product is received back within 7 days of receiving your order. The store credit would be paid total minus a 10% restocking fee. The store credit code would be issued and emailed over once the product is received back and inspected. Please send us an email at info@reilly-chance.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. (Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded). The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


On Sale Above 20% Off and/or Customized Products: These Products are not eligiblefor return and/or refund.
***Customized Products include all Window Treatments, Shower Curtains, Candles, and Customer/Made to Order Furniture.***

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition thatyou received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Additional non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
 *Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
*Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. This is dependent on payment processor but normally takes 1-5 business days.
